Everything on Website, the Purchase Services, and the Products of Brisbane Airshow are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty or condition of any kind. None of the affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers or licensors of Brisbane Airshow make any express or implied representation or warranty about its Content or any products or Purchase Services (including the products or Purchase Services of Brisbane Airshow) referred to on the Website. 4. Purchase of Products
4.1. In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price’).
4.2. Following payment of the Purchase Price Brisbane Airshow will issue you a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Brisbane Airshow will record your purchase details for future use.
5. Pricing
5.1. Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
6. Returns Policy
6.1. All online ticket and product sales are final once purchased. No refunds are offered on any internet sales.
7. Delivery and Shipping
7.1. Delivery of online Tickets is via email. Ticket orders will normally be dispatched as soon as your payment has been processed, usually within 30 minutes. However, please allow up to 3-4 hours for delivery of your online email tickets;
7.2. Please ensure you enter the correct email address. Brisbane Airshow cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery email addresses.
7.3. Brisbane Airshow cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. However, we will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7.4. Delivery of online products is via Australia Post only. Prodict orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being processed. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within Australia to your postal address;
7.5. Please ensure you provide your correct postal address. Brisbane Airshow cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.
7.6. Brisbane Airshow cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. However, we will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Brisbane Airshow total liability arising out of or in connection with the Purchase Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the most recent Purchase Price paid by you under these Terms or where you have not paid the Purchase, then the total liability of Brisbane Airshow is the resupply of information or Purchase Services to you.
8.2. You expressly understand and agree that Brisbane Airshow, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

Brisbane Airshow is not responsible or liable in any manner for any site content (including the Content and Third-Party Content) posted on the Website or in connection with the Purchase Services, whether posted or caused by users of the website of Brisbane Airshow, by third parties or by any of the Purchase Services offered.

You acknowledge that Brisbane Airshow does not provide the Delivery Services to you and you agree that Brisbane Airshow will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Delivery Services.

9.1. You agree to indemnify Australian Airdisplays Pty Ltd, Crockett Ventures Pty Ltd, GNL Ventures Pty Ltd, Watts Bridge Memorial Airfield Inc. Fighter Pilot Pty Ltd, Crockett Aviation, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the Website or attempts to do so and any breach by you or your agents of these Terms.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
10.1. The materials displayed on this website, including without limitation all editorial materials, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trademarks, are the property of Brisbane Airshow and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
