Watts Bridge Memorial Airfield own the airfield and operate the campground for The Brisbane Airshow. The people you will meet, who are checking you in and placing you on a site, are all volunteers, so please be patient and respectful.
You are purchasing a site within a camping area – not a specific site number. Sites will be filled as guests arrive, so if you wish to be beside your friends you must all check in at the same time.

The camp sites at Watts Bridge Memorial Airfield vary in size. The average site size is 7m x 10m. Smaller sites may be utilised during busy periods.
No, all campers are required to bring water for drinking and cleaning. Showers and toilets are available to all campers.
The Brisbane Airshow recognises that a camp fire is all part of what makes camping. We can only accept fires in approved braziers on a metal protection plate or other approved metal fire containment pits or structures commonly available at Bunnings. Campers must obey all fire bands and restrictions. The Brisbane Airshow reserves the right to ask campers to put out contained fires in approved pits or braziers with out notice.
No, all sites at Watts Bridge Memorial Airfield are unpowered. Campers are able to utilise a personal generator if required. Generators must not be operated between 8pm and 5am.
Yes, generators are permitted. We ask that campers using generators not operate them between 8pm and 5am on airshow days.
Yes, The Brisbane Airshow has hired hot and cold showers and toilets for campers to utilise.
Set up is available from 10am each day. Set Down must be completed by 8am each day to allow for incoming campers. Campers who fail to set down by 9am will be charged another night camping, no exceptions.
Tent Motel is a service that we offer for guests that would like to camp, but don't have a tent, or don't want to spend the time setting up a tent. Our Tent Motel is not Glamping, but rather quality tents, stretchers, and a light. Guests must still bring their own sleeping bags, linen, pillows, and any other item they believe may be required.
Cars must still park in the general parking area along with all other attendees.
