No alcoholic beverages can be brought onto the airshow site. Alcohol will be available for purchase at selected outlets including the VIP tent and the Red Thunder Bar
No animals are permitted on the airshow site eg. Dogs.
Vendors may have ATM and EFTPOS facilities on site. The Brisbane Airshow will endeavour to supply a portable ATM at the Ticketing gate and at the food and market stalls.
No bicycles will be permitted on the airshow site. Bicycles must be parked in the parking area as directed.
Cameras and videos are encouraged.
The Brisbane Airshow has free parking. Visitors will be directed to the parking areas on arrival.
Limited seating is available in the general admission show area. Visitors are permitted and and encouraged to bring chairs with them.

Visitors to the event should be aware that the event is not held on a purpose built site and may pose some challenges for the very young, the elderly and those with mobility issues. Every effort has been made to make the site as accessible as possible however visitors should note there are uneven surfaces through many areas.
Disabled amenities are available.
Car parking for accredited state disabled permit pass holders ONLY is available. Event specific disabled car passes are not required. Disabled patrons DO NOT receive a discount on general admission. Holders of a Companion Card receive their ticket free.
A first aid and Paramedic facility will be located near the The Queensland Aerobatic Club.
A variety of quality food stalls will be available throughout the airshow site.
There will be no golf buggies available at the airshow for hire. Patrons are not permitted to bring their own.
Gates open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
No patrons will be admitted prior to 8:00 am.
Air display times: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:30 pm Sunday
The Thunder Bar and VIP Club will operate from 12 noon - until 9:00 pm on Saturday the 4th July. And 12 noon until 4pm on Sunday the 5th July

Mobile phones are permitted on site however due to network congestion reception may not always be available.
Official merchandise will be available at the event.
Pass Outs are available only at the main ticket office. Patrons that wish to leave and re-enter MUST retain their airshow ticket and daily wrist band, for this purpose.
Photographer passes are available for this event for only pre arranged Photographers.
NO refunds will be available.
Scooters and Skateboards will not be permitted on the airshow site.
A free shuttle bus will be available throughout the airshow days running between the car park, ticket office and show central.
The Brisbane Airshow is a Non Smoking Event. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers. Those wishing to smoke will need to obtain a Pass-Out which are available at the Main and Gold Pass entry gates. Please be aware that persons leaving the event who do not obtain a Pass-Out will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
Smoking in the designated camping area is permitted.
General admission tickets will be available in advance from this website and will also be available at the gate on the day.
